Dendrobium (Neifert's Superscent x rhodopterygium 'semi-alba')​

This is a first bloom of a cross made by the late Richard Takafuji of Orchid Center. The flowers have a very strong fragrance. Future blooms will hopefully have longer canes with semi-alba flowers along the entire length of the canes. This plant was bloomed at Orchid Center in Waianae.

Đây là lần nở hoa đầu tiên của một lan (giả hạc) lai được Richard Takafuji của Trung tâm Lan thực hiện lần cuối. Hoa có mùi thơm rất nồng. Tương lai hy vọng lan sẽ có các thân dài hơn với các hoa semi-alba dọc theo toàn bộ chiều dài thân. Lan này đã nở tại Trung tâm Lan ở Waianae.

This plant is owned and grown by Calvin Kumano of Pearl City. This is one of many hybrids made by Kumano. / Lan này thuộc sở hữu và được Calvin Kumano của Thành phố Pearl trồng. Đây là một trong nhiều lan lai được Kumano thực hiện.

Dendrobium anosmum ('Pink' x 'Blue Lip')​

Labeled as C5, this was the first anosmum cross made by Calvin Kumano 10 years ago. The flower stems are more than 3 feet long. The plant was in bloom at Orchid Center when this photo was taken.
